Re: two Voodoo Lab products only on Channel 16 need independance

Thanks Jeff! I'd looked into the MX-8 as I thought it may be what i'm after but couldn't find anything in the manual that suggested it'd do what i need it to do.. i'll have another read, and also will hunt down the Midi Solutions, JL Cooper and Phil Rees products you suggested. Thanks a lot mate, i ...

two Voodoo Lab products only on Channel 16 need independance

Hi all. I'm using the VCAs on two separate Voodoo Lab System Mix Plus units. Both SM+ can only respond to channel 16. They're great units in every way except that at the moment I can't use both VCA's because when I change one, the other changes with it (as they share channel 16). Is there a product ...

Re: Custom cable to power the GCX from a Pedal Power AC

Hi mate, I was asking the same question only a few months ago and Voodoo Lab do make them - they just don't advertise them on the site. The team were very helpful so get in touch with them or ring the number on the "cables" section of VL.com to place your order! Good thinking dude, beats those huge ...

Re: Multiple preamp setup

Sounds cool man, so they're mono preamps running into each of the channels of your poweramps? What are the GCX's for in this configuration? Cheers for the input by the way -- i thought this forum would get flooded but no one has seemed interested in sharing their set ups! ..can't give away the secre...

Re: Multiple preamp setup

Looks cool Dawesy, I am running 4 preamps, into 2 stereo power amps with 3 GCX's...but no mixer. I'm almost done wiring it all up and when I am, I'll post some wiring diagrams as well as photos. Cool dude, looking forward to seeing how it comes together. Three GCX's??!! that's gonna be some crazy w...

Re: Midi Problems.

Hey Mathew, i had a similar issue so i picked up an old Digital Music Corp midi splitter off ebay. You plug your midi conroller into it, then it splits the signal to it's multiple outputs, to all your gear. So rather than 7 midi feed throughs which you're using at the moment you'd have 1 or 2... Gre...

Re: confused by AC mA requirements

Cool!!!! having the Ground Control capable of running off AC or DC makes things very interesting -- i could run it from a PP2+ on my pedal board and keep the All Access in the rack, switching it's presets via the GCPro!! http://i590.photobucket.com/albums/ss349/dawes1986/PP2andphantom.jpg This has w...
