Use one of the 12v outputs, flip the corresponding DIP-switch on, and you're done.

For the record, I've had many issues with my FV-500L, the screws holding the axis around which the pedal rotates broke twice, because of the way the pedal is designed. Guess you can set your All Access to 15 IAs, and send all program changes from the GC Pro (either in 10 presets mode or in 4 presets+8 IAs mode).
Only semi-annoying thing to deal with would be the necessity to save any change to both the GC Pro and the AA.
