A/B/Y With GCX
I know there is a way to use my GCX to A/B between two amps. However, what if I want to be able to run them both at the same time (Y) and also A/B between them? Can I do this with my GCX or do I need to buy something else to add to the GCX to accomplish this?

Re: Phantom Power Liquid Foot Pro w/ Control Switcher & PP A
Yes, this would require a custom made cable where Pins 1 and 3 on the GCX end are wired to pins 6 and 7 on the Liquid Foot Pro end. I know of no stock cable that is wired like this.! So, I had the wiring correct that was listed above? All other pins correspond with eachother, right? Pins 1&3 would ...

Re: Phantom Power Liquid Foot Pro w/ Control Switcher & PP A
Thanks, John. I got an answer back from Jeff at LF and he said this, "Power on the Midi-out (of the LF) is pin 6 and 7. The top two pins. Pins 1 and 3 are used for MIDI in." So, with that being said I simply have to make or order a custom cable? Would the wiring look like this? Switcher (5 Pin Conne...

Phantom Power Liquid Foot Pro w/ Control Switcher & PP AC
Can I phantom power a Liquid Foot Pro footcontroller from the phantom out of the Control Switcher (that is being powered by a Pedal Power AC). The LFP draws 1000 ma. The CS draws 120ma. One of the outputs of the PPAC can send up to 1200 ma. Thus, it should work, right? If the power is okay, do I hav...

GCX on What Midi Channel?
If I use a different midi controller than the GCP to controll the GCX, how do I set it up? Does each loop on the GCX respond to a different CC? Does the GCX work on midi channel 1?

Will do. I will get back with the results ASAP.JohnClark wrote:As a test, can you try running the GCX before the Control Switcher in the MIDI path?
