Re: Switchblade GL

Alrighty, I've got my stuff altogether, am just now contemplating the hookup. Was thinking this, please pipe in if you have suggestions: Guitar-> G90-> Decimator Ch1-> Switchblade 16-> Mesa HGAS. Mesa HGAS-> Triaxis & JMP-1 & Dual Rec & Stiletto. Triaxis-> Decimator Ch2-> Switchblade & Rane SM82S. J...

Re: wiring diagram

I have a couple of things you have, will be changing in the next few days though. Here is a link to how I have it. I had the same thing going on, put the NS-2 straight after and it was way better. http://www.voodoolab.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=7226 You can put a channel of the 1074 in front inst...

Switchblade GL

Has anybody had anything to do with the Sound Sculpture Switchblade GL. I have just purchased one and am going to integrate with my setup, also have just got another GCX and a Mesa High Gain Amp Switcher. Have a Mesa SUS4 case coming in the next few days also, so most of the stuff will be going into...

Re: Rack Setup

Hi John, I have changed it a little, the G-Major is in the effects loop of the RANE SM82S, the Mesa EQ is in the loop after the Triaxis. How it was before I couldn't hear the EQ doing much at all. Definitely need the Radial Shotgun or Mesa HGAS or an 8 slot Ebtech Hum Eliminator. As soon as I hook u...

Rack Setup

Thought I'd share my rack setup. Still have more to add but it's not too shabby. Here's my GCX worksheet. http://i628.photobucket.com/albums/uu1/MesaMad1378/Guitar%20Stuff/IMG_0923_zpshaqhhi43.jpg I plan on making a few adjustments, adding a patch panel, this may change, adding a Radial shotgun or a...

Rack on its way

]My rack on its way nicely. I have a Mesa SUS4 rack coming to move it all into and a couple of extra bits to sort. Need a Radial Shotgun or a Mesa Boogie High Gain Amp switcher to hook up the Rectifier and the Stiletto to create some more cools sounds. Also would like another GCX to enable some more...

Rane SM26 power supply

Hi there,
Wondering if it is possible to make a cable to supply power to a Rane SM26 with the Pedal Power AC? Is it possible to make it with 2 supplies to the RJ14 plug (telephone 6pin).

Here is a link to the power supply that Rane used to supply.

Re: DBX1074 Added to Rig

Hi there, Well after some mucking around, I've decided to use 1 channel on the 1074 instead of the Boss NS-1. I have a very low threshold and depth settings with all release's set to zero. Then I have a low threshold and depth for low gain and noisy cleans. Then a setting higher for higher gain sett...

Re: DBX1074 Added to Rig

Hi there, Well I've set it up on 4 different channels of the GCX, 4 different settings, low noise gate for low gain settings, then each one progressively with more noise suppression. Rectifier sounds have the most noise suppression. I left the NS-1 in front, just after the guitar out on the GCX and ...
