First post on this forum and relatively new to dealing with electricity, conversions and pretty much most tech aspects.
I have a Pedal Power 4x4 North American model and am currently living in Argentina where everything is 220V. If I get a step down convertor to be able to operate the 120V model off of 220V from the wall out let will I also need to do anything to convert the power going to the pedals? I've read a lot about voltage doubling cables and don't entirely understand when this applies. The pedals on my board are as follows:
-Loopmaster 4 channel loop switcher w/ tuner out -ProCo RAT classic -Big Muff Pi -Boss GE-7 -Boss RE20 Space Echo -Electro Harmonix Memory Man w/ Hazarai -Strymon Big Sky -Electro Harmonix 22500 Dual Stereo Looper -TC Electronics Polytune
The only thing not running off the 4X4 is the Polytune which I just power off the wall outlet. I'm pretty terrified of of burning anything out so I figured I'd ask professionals first, I only recently started dabbling in understanding electronics. I appreciate any information/help, I've gone to ask at music shops around here but most Argentines make things up if they don't know the answer.
Thanks, Julian

A 220V to 120V Step Down is all you should need. A fully loaded 4x4 will consume less than 20 Watts.
You should be able to power everything you've listed from your 4x4 if you have the full size Polytune with the Power Output jack. Connect the Polytune to any 9V Output on the 4x4 with the Loopmaster loop switcher powered from the Polytune Power Output. The Stereo Memory Man with Hazarai, Big Sky and 22500 can each be powered from any of the High Current 9V Outputs. The Rat, Big Muff Pi, GE-7, and RE-20 can each be powered from any of the 9V Output.
I hope that helps!
