Noisy fan - Pedal Power Mondo

Post by noisyfan » Thu Jan 11, 2018 12:45 pm

Hi, I've had this problem for a while now. There's a very annoying mechanical sound coming from the Mondo, which is mounted on the bottom of my Pedaltrain classic pro, that comes from the fan blades hitting something. It only happens when the fan is on, after temperature is higher. It sounds exactly like a playing card in bicycle spokes. It clicks at the rate that the fan is spinning, and if I lift the whole pedalboard and turn it to certain angles, the clicking goes away (the fan blade stops hitting whatever it was hitting before).

This is an extremely annoying sound from a very expensive piece of equipment, and would like to resolve this ASAP. Thanks.
