Setting up GCP and Eleven Rack to match

Post by The Guitar Grandpa » Mon Nov 27, 2017 2:59 pm

For anyone that is interested in updating their Ground Control Pro to match the Eleven Rack here's how to do it for Mac.
Get the Memory Dump File here:
http://www.voodoolab.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2688
Get SysEx Librarian here:
https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/28692/sysex-librarian
Open The Following Web Page:
https://gcproeditor.com
1st: upload the 11RXP_GCP113.syx file onto your Ground Control using the SysEx Librarian. either thru a Midi transfer device/cable or thru an audio interface like I did from my Presonus AudioBox iTwo using the instructions from the memory dump file link above.
2nd: Drop the .syx file in the location it shows on the (GCPro Editor above) web page. Once it loads go to each rig/bank you have changed from the original and rename them and add the Instant Access pedals for each rig.
3: Once you have them all done download the syx file and redo the upload to your GCP like you did first.
It's a whole lot easier than trying to manually change each rig on the GCP.
