Sparkle Drive Mod (mod 3) stacking question

Post by wiltel » Sun Dec 03, 2017 8:29 pm

Thinking about getting a SDM. So how well does MOD3 stack with a fuzz pedal before it? Any settings suggestions? Looking to use the SDM like a "Marshall amp in a box' in front of a clean set Blues Jr. Thanks.

This should be pretty straight forward and work quite well!

I suppose aside from setting Gain, Tone, and Volume to suit, I'd dial in some clean to keep some of the true fuzz grit coming thru... somewhere between 3:00 and 12:00 should get a great mix!

Let us know if you get a chance to try it out!

Thanks for the reply, John. Hope to try it soon. BTW, is James Santiago ever going to post some more pedal demos? Been awhile. Also, any plans to release a smaller version of the Giggity?
