Hi there,
Yours is similar to my setup, I’d go as follows:
G90 Out-> GCX Rear Thru->GCX Front Thru-> Tuner-> Wah->(Volume Pedal can go here but is better after the Triaxis, if before preamp and OD pedals, drive is not as strong)-> GCX Guitar in-> GXC Guitar out-> Decimator 1 In-> Decimator 1 Out-> Loop 1 In-> Loop 1 SND-> OD808 In-> OD808 Out-> Loop 1 RTN-> Loop 1 Out-> Loop 2 In-> Loop 2 SND-> Wampler In-> Wampler Out-> Loop 2 RTN-> Loop 2 Out-> Loop 3-> Phase 90 (can go before or after preamp, up to you)-> Loop 4 In-> Loop 4 SND-> Triaxis In-> Triaxis Out->(Volume Pedal can go here, best for lower overdriven tones) Loop 4 RTN-> Loop 4 Out-> Loop 8 In-> Loop 8 SND->Mesa EQ-> Loop 8 RTN-> Loop 8 Out-> Loop 5 In-> Loop 5 SND-> Decimator 2 In-> Decimator 2 Out-> Loop 5 RTN-> Loop 5 Out-> Loop 6 In-> Loop 6 SND-> G Major 2 L In-> G Major 2 L Out-> Loop 6 RTN-> Loop 6 Out-> Loop 7 In-> Loop 7 SND-> CE-3 In-> CE-3 Out-> Loop 7 RTN-> Loop 7 Out-> To Power Amp or Audio Interface.
With this setup, you can use either of your drive pedals before the Triaxis or instead of the Triaxis as a preamp. You can turn any of your post effects on or off. You can turn the Decimator on or off for clean tones or lead for solo’s so you have feedback. It will give you basically everything you need.
Midi goes as follows:
Rocktron Midi Out-> GCX Pedal in-> GCX Midi out-> Triaxis or G Major 2 Midi In (whichever is closer to GCX)-> Triaxis Midi Thru-> G Major 2 Midi In (Midi cables don’t go anywhere from here)
Here is a similar diagram to what you have set up.

Hope this helps you out a bit, any more help, just ask.

Re: digital display shows 0000000000 when it's on
Is it a Voodoo Lab power supply? Is it a new GC Pro? If it is not a new GC Pro, I’d open it up and check that all the firmware chips etc are all seated properly and have a good look at the board for any damage or corrosion.

Re: Control Switcher help
The amp mode switches are momentary(clean, crunch & lead), reverb and effects are latching and all should be normal from looking at the pedal schematic.

Re: GCX, need some advice on cables
With what you have I’d be getting a mixer, something like the Samson SM10.
I have a Radial Shotgun feeding 4 preamps, a GCX, a Rane SM82S mixer and a few other bits.
I go from the guitar, GCX in, GCX out, into my Decimator Pro Rack G Stereo Mod, into loop 6 in, (loop 6, 7 & 8 have pre-preamp pedals) loop 8 out to Radial Shotgun, to Preamps, to loop 1 Rtn, ( loop 1-4 for preamp returns as they don’t have the shield attached, no ground loops) out of the GCX outs, to the in’s on the mixer.
I can have any combination of any preamp turned on or off, all mixer together if I like. I also have a TC Electronic G Major 2 in the FX loop of the Rane mixer.
The GCX standard has mono connections, as dystrust said previously, so normal mono instrument cable is fine. As dystrust also said, you can mod the GCX to stereo connections by getting onto Voodoo Labs and ordering the new board or boards with the stereo connectors.

Re: Need More Power
I think the Mondo or Pedal Power 3+ is for you. Both have plenty of ports and the Mondo has more for your growing pedals.

Re: Pedal Power 2 Plus Screws
#4 screws/bolts are 7/64”, they are usually sold just as screws. They need to be 1/4” long.

The courtesy outlet can handle 200W, it’s on page 4 of the manual.
