GCP and G Major 2

I have searched, and read both manuals. I guess I am missing something. I am trying to program my GCP to my G Major 2 in stomp box mode. I have the bottom 4 buttons for presets and the 8 instant access I am trying to program. EX: 1 would be for phaser, 2 chorus, 3 uni-vibe, 4 octave, 5 flanger. Can this be done this way on the GM2 or is it only turn on and off the fx block. Any help is greatly appreciated. If the GM2 can not do this can the Axe fx ultra / 2? I am trying to down size my pedal board except for the midi controller, wah, tuner, B9 pedal.
