Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how it works.
The Basics
You’ve got 30 days from receipt to return or exchange anything. Items must be in original condition — no signs of wear, dings, or scrapes — with all original packaging and accessories included. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns require an RMA number (more on that below).
Damaged or Defective Gear
If something arrives broken or not working right, that’s on us. We’ll cover shipping both ways and get you a replacement.
Changed Your Mind?
No problem — it happens. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You can ship it back using any carrier you choose, or we can provide a prepaid shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund. If your original order qualified for free shipping, that original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return
All returns need an RMA number — no RMA, no return. It’s painless:
- Call us at (707) 545-0600 x110 or email info@voodoolab.com
- Provide your order number
- We’ll issue you an RMA number. If you’d like a prepaid shipping label, we can provide one (cost deducted from your refund) — or you can ship it back on your own using any carrier you prefer.
- Pack everything up in the original box and ship it to:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional billing cycle to show up on your statement.
Need to Change or Cancel an Order?
Reach out as soon as possible — we process orders during business hours, Monday–Friday, so weekend orders won’t be touched until the following Monday. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll pull it off the truck. If it’s already out the door, you’ll need to wait for delivery and contact us to start a return. Shipping Heads-up
- FedEx 2-Day and Next Day orders must be placed by 10AM Pacific, Monday–Friday
- PO boxes are shipped USPS and take 7–14 business days
- APO/FPO addresses: allow 40–60 days
- We’re not responsible for carrier delays or weather holds
US Orders Only
We currently ship within the United States only. International customers — check with your local Voodoo Lab distributor to find a dealer near you.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and subject to change. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address.
